When you have diarrhea, it is very important to drink the same amount of saline solution.
If you can’t buy or find a salt packet
Add 6 teaspoons of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt to one liter of cold water (a liter of clean water) and mix.
If you don’t have sugar, add five palm kernels and a teaspoon of salt to a liter of water
Fight every time you have a bowel movement.
Coconut juice, congee, soup, boiled rice, fruits and fruit juices can be used.
